• Promotional or advertising content must be submitted through paid channels only
• Political, defamatory, misleading, hateful, illegal, or abusive content is strictly prohibited
• The Company reserves the right to edit, reject, remove, or modify content without prior notice

General Rule

Editorial Review Refund Exception

If paid content submission is rejected during internal review, the amount may be refunded within 24–48 working hours to the original payment method.

Non-Refundable Cases

No refunds shall be issued once:

• Content is approved and published
• Event participation or award seat is confirmed
• HR documents are delivered
• Numerology reports are generated

• Content can be edited only before final submission and payment
• After submission, users cannot edit, delete, or withdraw content

• Award participation fees are non-transferable and non-refundable
• Nomination acceptance is at the sole discretion of the organizing committee
• Event dates, venues, celebrities, and schedules may change without notice
• All photos, videos, and recordings from the event may be used for promotion

• HR Polis provides standardized HR documents and advisory support only
• The Company does not guarantee legal compliance in every jurisdiction
• Users are advised to consult licensed professionals before implementation

• Numerology services are provided for guidance and informational purposes only
• Results may vary and are not legally or scientifically guaranteed
