Refund & Cancellation Policy (Razorpay Compliant)

All payments made through Razorpay on this platform are final and non-refundable.

Once a payment is successfully completed for any service, registration, booking, enrollment, or event participation, no cancellation, refund, or return request shall be accepted under any circumstances.

This policy applies to all payments made for:

• Event participation and award enrollment
• Registrations and bookings
• Digital services and digital products
• Advertising, publishing, and promotional services
• Media, HR, consulting, and numerology services

No refund shall be provided for:

• Non-attendance or non-utilization of services
• Change of mind after payment
• Incorrect details provided by the customer
• Delays caused due to third-party services

By proceeding with a Razorpay payment, you expressly acknowledge and agree that:

• You have read and understood this Refund & Cancellation Policy
• You accept that all payments are final and non-refundable
• You waive any right to dispute or chargeback once payment is completed

Exception Clause (Optional but Razorpay-Friendly)

Refunds may be considered only if the transaction amount is deducted due to a technical error on the platform and the service is not delivered, subject to internal verification. Any approved refund, if applicable, will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
